Notes: Operative is eager, but still very unskilled in Terran social practices. Often reacts with native habits, risking exposure. Information: Joe is an original character. She is the equivalent of a rat, on her home planet, in the hierarchy of species. She is quite naieve, bumbling, strange and will often do or say the very worst wrong thing at the wrong time. She has no hang-ups regarding sexuality, violence or any other behaviors that are quite natural to her. Her language adapter allows her to speak in any Earth language, but it is not filtered, so she can say things in an off manner, and has no sense of restraint. She says and does things that are strange and unusual. Whatever you do, do NOT give her chocolate or curry. This would be bad. Very, very bad.
